Too many women these days are brainwashed into believing that they cannot give birth or that it will be a horrible and traumatic experience. I feel that through teaching Natal Hypnotherapy techniques, I can provide women with the tools they need to achieve a good birth. I am convinced that this in turn will give the babies a great start in life.
I have had 2 wonderul and positive home births and it is my goal to help women and their babies have the best start possible.
My three main philosophies around birth are:-
The needs of the baby should be paramount and are too often forgotten.
I want women to have faith in their ability to birth their baby. The mother should let her body be in control of the situation.
There should be as little intervention as possible, so the experience is as natural as it can be for the baby and mother.
